A come-and-go Open House will be held at the Teague Hotel this Friday, December 22, 2017 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
The event is being hosted by the Teague Historical Preservation Society to allow the community to view the renovation progress of the historical hotel building.
Refreshments will be served and live Christmas music will be provided by CSO Lite, a jazz combo comprised of six members of the Corsicana Swing Orchestra.
The hotel will be decorated to complete the atmosphere of the gala event.
The Society operated its Thrift Store throughout the year to raise funds for restoration projects. Proceeds have been used to turn the Teague Hotel into a venue suitable for receptions, parties, reunions and other social events.
The upper floor of the hotel is currently being restored to provide rooms for overnight guests.
Everyone is invited to attend and enjoy visiting at the hotel this Friday evening.
