Calvary Baptist Church will soon be filled with the wonderful voices of children as the choir presents their Christmas musical this coming Sunday night.
The young and talented singers will present ‘The Colors of Christmas’ in the annual event which is looked forward to by the entire congregation. After several months of preparation and practices, the kindergarten through 6th grade students will take the stage with some having acting performances as well.
This Christmas musical will include the songs ‘The Colors of Christmas’, ‘You Make All Things New’, ‘Mary, Did You Know’, ‘At The Cross (Love Ran Red)’, ‘Nothin’ Less Than The Best’, ‘Joy To The World! The Lord Is Come’, ‘Hark! The Herald Angels Sing’, and ‘Go Tell It On The Mountain’.
Connor Petty will perform a solo special during ‘You Make All Things New’ and K.K. Williams will have a solo special during the song ‘Nothing Less Than The Best.’
“I continue to be amazed each year just how talented and excited our young people are to sing the songs in our Christmas musicals,’ Calvary’s music minister Shelby Race stated. “Our kids truly love singing about our Lord and Savior and sharing the wonderful music of the Christmas season.”
For a blessing you’ll remember throughout this holiday season, Calvary invites everyone to attend this very special Christmas musical which begins at 6:30 pm this Sunday, December 2nd. Bring your entire family and friends for a great night of worship in song. Calvary is located at 220 E. Main in Fairfield.
