Extreme Bowhunting class is being offered at Fairfield Lake State Park on Saturday, October 20, 2018.
For ages 11 and up, this program is designed to help prepare a new generation of wildlife conservationists and outdoor enthusiast.
Come learn the basics of bow hunting, camo hide and seek, tools for success from the deer hunting reviews, luring in your target, tracking, using wind to advantage, shot placement, adrenaline and the hunt, closing in, stand placement, cleaning game, ranging game and much more.
-Build a deer anatomy and shoot a deer decoy
-Participate in Field exercises
-Door Prizes to be awarded
-Students receive a student handbook
-All attendees Wearing a camo shirt, cap, or jeans and be entered to win prizes!
Class is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at the Dining Hall.
Lunch will be provided by Uncle Mike’s Dutch Oven Kitchen.
Class is Free; normal park entry fees apply.
