Billye Kathleen Orand, 73 of Palatka, Florida, entered Heaven’s gates on April 19, 2017, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. She was born in Teague, Texas.
Billye was married to James F. Orand on December 1, 1962; they were married 54 wonderful years.
Billye is survived and lovingly remembered by her husband, James; her son Michael and daughter-in-law Dawn Orand; grandchildren, J.T. Orand and Miranda Orand; Billye’s sister, Joan Grounds and nephews, Stephen Grounds and Mark Grounds.
Billye is preceded in death by her parents, Tolbert F. Young and Jo Iris Atkinson Young as well as half sister, Diane Smith.
