Coming January 2020, Freestone Health Clinic in Fairfield will have a new provider to accommodate the members of our community, Dr. Michael Jenks, MD.
Dr. Jenks is coming from the Dallas area after spending years as a Family Practice and Urgent Care Physician. Upon receiving his Medical Degree and Residency in California, he found his way to Texas and has been here ever since.
Dr. Jenks is looking forward to being a part of our wonderful, close-knit community here in Freestone County.
Dr. Jenks, along with the providers already established at Freestone Health Clinic, will be under the direction of our new Clinic Manager, John Stewart of Flynn, Texas.
Mr. Stewart grew up in Leon County, and he and his wife love the community FMC calls home.
Mr. Stewart has also been a key player in the preparation for the new facility for Freestone Health Clinic at Teague that will be opening in January.
