Agape Ministry is planning a BBQ fundraiser the first Saturday in October to help raise funds for mission trips to Mexico.
They deliver bibles, feed homeless, and help with the orphanage. They also provide pastors a little monetary support so they can continue to work in reaching others to Christ.
Johnny and Ruth “Lynn” Salinas have been active in these mission for ten year.
Although they welcome donations, they are not currently a 501(c)3 organization. “We are just a small family with large hearts,” they said.
Coming up in November, Agape Ministry will be hosting a ‘Thankful for Thanksgiving’ free community event at the Teague Center.
