TaxAide has been busy preparing free federal income tax preparation services this year at First United Methodist Church in Fairfield.
There are a few appointments available on April 4th and April 11th, so please call 903-389-2225 or 903-480-0024 to schedule yours.
Interested area residents should bring their tax paperwork–W-2s, 1099’s for income, social security statements, self- employment details, deduction details, picture ID for taxpayer and spouse, and social security cards for all family members, and previous years return if available.
The tax returns will be prepared while you wait.

By April 15th, they will have completed over 200 tax returns, saving local citizens thousands of dollars in tax preparation expenses.
