Get Ready…Get Set…Go!
Dogan Alumni Association is hosting their 3rd Bi-Annual 5K Walk-A-Thon on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Fairfield, Texas.
The Walk-A-Thon is an event for the entire family and community.
Fundraising is done “in memory” and “in honor” of loved ones, family, and friends.
It’s also a fun way to contribute to the Dogan Alumni Association Scholarship Fund.
The Walk-A-Thon will kick off on Friday, October 12th at the Dogan Cafeteria from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Packets may be picked up, and late registrations will be accepted. The kick-off party will include a Most Creative Sign, Poster, or Banner Contest, as well as a Basket Raffle preview and ticket purchases.
Then, on Saturday, October 13th, be ready to take off at 8:30 a.m. at the Fairfield High School Track Field.
Late registrations will be accepted, beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Cost is $10 for students and $50 for adults.
To walk “in memory” or “in honor” of someone, cost is $100 plus donation.
Pre-register as a walker by September 30, 2018 to receive a t-shirt.
Walkers will receive a Runner’s Bib with number only.
Walkers are encouraged to design individual signs, posters, or banners.
All registered walkers will be acknowledged in the 2019 souvenir book.

The goal is to raise $12,000 for the scholarship fund. All contributions and donated services are appreciated.
