Almost 150 teams came out to compete in Fairfield VFD’s first Team Roping event on Saturday, September 16, 2017.
According to firefighter Chandler Baggerly, the numbers are still being tallied, but the benefit drew in about $6,000 in sponsorships. Proceeds will be used for an equipment purchase for the Fairfield Fire Department.
Spin Edwards was the high-point overall Saddle Winner.
