Brother and sister duo, Jerry and Nyla Smith, both recent graduates of Teague High School, are working toward raising funds to help purchase a wheelchair-accessible van they so desperately need.
Join them on Saturday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Teague Farmers Market where they will be serving fresh homemade lemonade in regular, strawberry, and watermelon flavors, along with delicious nachos and a variety of homemade baked goods.
Whether you’re stopping by for a refreshing drink, a tasty snack, or a sweet treat, your support will make a difference in their lives.
The pair is also selling t-shirts bringing attention to Cerebral Palsy. They are available for $25 for all kids’ sizes and adults sized S-XL. Adults’ sizes 2XL – 4XL are $28 each.
Enter their raffle for a chance to receive a 60-minute Japanese Head Spa Treatment. Tickets are $10 each
Every dollar raised helps make safe transportation and independence possible for Jerry and Nyla.
If you are unable to attend, but would like to help, there is also a GoFundMe account where you can make a donation directly toward their van.
