Mark your calendar for Saturday, July 4, 2026, for the annual 4th of July Parade on Main, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Kids of ALL ages are welcome to bring your wagon, push your stroller, ride your bike, gator, tractor, ATV, mule, motorcycle, horse, make a float, drive a car or truck, dress up your pet and/or yourself and walk, etc.
Registration is FREE!! Deadline is Thursday, July 2, 2026.
If you wish to be in the parade, pick up and drop off your registration form at Wortham City Hall or at Farmers State Bank.
All parade entrants should meet by 8:00 a.m. at the High School parking lot to be put in parade line-up order.
After the parade, join the community for fun, fellowship, hot dogs, chips, water, snow cones, and more!
All food and drinks are free for everyone – while supplies last.
Don’t forget your chair, towels, and patriotic spirit.
