Fort Parker State Park is hosting the Lakeside Legacy Event on THIS Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Entry and activities are FREE, so get your family out there to enjoy canoes, tour boat rides, face painting, Uncle Mike’s Dutch Oven Cooking, archery, baby alligators & snakes, backyard bass, Groesbeck Fire Department – ‘touch a truck’, Operation Game Thief trailer, River Studios – Inland Fisheries, chuckwagon and biscuit samples, Pioneer Life booth, live wildlife specimens, angler education, Evac 53 Helicopter, and food trucks (additional cost).
