WORKING A 13-HOUR DAY on Tuesday, March 17, was Southern Oaks Volunteer Fire Department.
With the assistance of several other local Volunteer Fire Departments, SOVFD worked a structure fire in the morning, and a 200-acre grass fire later in the day.
Firefighters working both calls had a 13-hour day.
They would like to thank all VFDs and first responders who assisted with these calls.
