Freestone County Constable Pct. 4, Ken Sessions, has pleaded ‘No Contest’ to charges of Repeated Sexual Harassment during a court date on March 17, 2026.
This criminal complaint was filed in Limestone County’s J.P. Court Pct. 4 of Judge Ray Jones.
Limestone County Attorney David E. Moore, who represents the alleged victim, continues to pursue the matter and has sent a formal request for records to Limestone County Judge Jone’s office for a copy of the plea agreement, plea papers, police report and all images submitted by the State in consideration of punishment, and judgment entered in the case.
In the State of Texas, making a plea of ‘No Contest’ means that you accept punishment without admitting guilt, which protects the individual in potential lawsuits. In a criminal case, it is typically treated the same as a guilty plea and the individual will likely be found guilty and required to pay fines. If a victim sues for damages, the plea from the case cannot be used to prove ‘at fault’ in that civil case. While it prevents automatic liability in a civil court, the conviction still goes on the record.
