Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is hosting the “Cooking Well with Hypertension” series of classes at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, McLennan County located at 4224 Cobbs Drive, Waco Texas 76710.
The Instructor will be Rachel Esquivel, CEA FCH.
The classes will be held on Thursday evenings, January 8 – January 29, 2026, from 5:30pm – 7:00pm.
The goal of the program is to help individuals prevent and manage high blood pressure by educating them on heart-healthy eating and lifestyle changes.
Some lesson topics are DASHing your way to improved health, a virtual grocery store tour, cooking well with spices and herbs and uncovering added sugars.
