The Fairfield Library Association’s Board and Staff would like to thank the City of Fairfield’s Mayor and Council for an additional $6,500 in funds they recently provided for the purchase of new computers, monitors, and to help with the network upgrade at the library.
These upgrades provide up-to-date hardware, software, and security, as well as enhance internet and WiFi services at the library.
Taking a look at the new equipment (left to right): are City Secretary, Misty Richardson; Councilman Place 4, Josh Bayless; Councilwoman Place 5, Angela Oglesbee; Library Director, Gary Wiggins; Mayor Bobby Nichols and wife Lisa; Councilman Place 2, Arland Thill; and Councilman Place 3, Rick Edgett. With them are a few library patrons.
