On October 11, 2025, shortly before 7:00 am, Teague Police Department responded to a report of an individual unresponsive in a vehicle at the drive-thru window of Sonic, 804 US Hwy 84 W, Teague. Teague Police investigated the incident and determined the individual, later identified as Bailey G. Mills, was intoxicated.
Mills was arrested and submitted to a breathalyzer test that returned a BAC of 0.16, which is twice the legal intoxication limit of 0.08 in Texas.
Teague EMS also responded and determined there were no medical conditions contributing to the incident.
Mills was booked into the Freestone County Jail and charged with Driving While Intoxicated — Class A Misdemeanor (enhanced due to her level of intoxication).
This case will be referred to the Freestone County Attorney’s Office for final disposition.
