Fairfield Volunteer Fire Department would like to give a heartfelt “Thanks!” to Dew and Teague Fire Departments for their outstanding support Saturday night, August 2, 2025, at Rancho Viejo in response to a smoke report from an unknown source.
During the search, they located the source, which had self-extinguished but still produced significant smoke.
Thanks to coordinated efforts, they successfully ventilated the building and returned conditions to normal.
Summer and holidays can often stretch crews thin, making it essential for volunteer fire departments to support one another. Teamwork truly makes a difference and is greatly appreciated!
