James and Mirna Selllers, owners of Sellmark Ranch, are proud to present the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of their business, located at 210 Co. Road 930 in Teague, TX, on Thursday, July 31, 2025. The Grand Opening will feature product displays, industry partners, kid zone, and a concert.
Sellmark Ranch, purchased in 2021, is a combination of regenerative agriculture, lodging for family stays, weddings/events/retreats, experiences that include fishing in a stocked trophy bass pond, a premier outdoor gun range including a 1-mile shot, and guided hunts.
They are focused on more than just regenerative efforts, they are passionate about creating a location where families can spend a weekend and go fishing, enjoy guided hunts or just relax at one of our 3 lodging locations.
For a luxurious ranch experience, the Main Lodge can accommodate up to 20 guests, has an incredible outdoor patio, pool, hot tub, grill, and firepit area for guests of all ages to enjoy.
If you prefer a more outdoor focused stay, they offer the South Camp Trailer that sleeps 10 and North Camp Triplex that sleeps a total of 24, broken down into 6, 6, and 12.
In addition, the range can be added on with a lodging stay or a guided hunt.
The outdoor gun range is not currently open to the public; however, they do plan to have monthly openings for public range days.
They have white tail doe hunts when in season, year-round guided predator hunts, and duck hunting when in season.
“Purchasing this ranch wasn’t just a business decision for me,” says James. “It’s deeply personal. My best memories growing up involved being outdoors, enjoying and studying nature. Now, in at least a small way, we’re working to not only preserve, but restore the natural habitat of this great piece of land to its post-oak savannah state and create a more natural environment for the soil, the vegetation and the animals to thrive. We’re embodying what we believe, that there’s a right way to live with the land.”
While their main office is located at 2201 Heritage Parkway in Mansfield, TX, their local office is located at the ranch. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Range hours are sunrise to sunset and by reservation only.
