6:24 AM-Cpl. Scarrow on report of suspicious subject laying on side of roadway, was homeless and heading to Dallas and had stopped to rest.
6:20 PM-Cpl. Scarrow, Silas and West arrest subject on felony warrant on assault, (Improperly touching)
