Donations, Cash Accepted for School Supply Give Away

The 5th Annual Backback and School Supply Give Away is just over a month away.

Scheduled for Saturday, August 9, 2025, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Fairfield City Park, this event will provide free backpacks and school supplies for area students on a First-Come, First-Served basis until supplies run out.

There will be music and FREE hotdogs, chips, and drinks.

Needed supplies include backpacks, pencils, pens, blue, erases, markers, crayons, rulers, notebooks, folders, papers, scissors, etc.

Donations are being accepted at the Freestone County Sheriff’s Office, Good Neighbor Cleaners, Freestone County Credit Union, Pack and Mail, and Blades of Corey Barbershop.
