Whether you are wanting to clean house, or pick up a couple treasures to bring home, this seems to be the perfect time of year for both.
Fairfield History Club is hosting a ‘Re-Purpose With a Purpose’ Sale on Friday, March 21st and Saturday, March 22nd at the ‘Green Barn’ Civic Center in Fairfield.
Doors will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Shop for home décor, household must-haves, furniture, dishes, glassware, tools, luggage, baby items, holiday décor, kitchen items, books, costume jewelry, wall hangings, outdoor items, linens and much more!
No early sales.
Then, on Saturday, March 29th will be the annual City Wide Garage Sale in Wortham.
No permits are required to participate.
Participants choose their own hours.
In addition to Garage Sales, there are several markets to visit in Freestone County that host local vendors, produce and food trucks.
Teague Farmers Market will open for the season on Saturday, March 29th from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Fairfield Farmers Market at Armadillo Emporium will host three dates this year, the first beginning on Saturday, April 5th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
And, Teague Flea Market is held the 1st & 3rd weekend of every month.
