Congratulations to the Fairfield Eagle Powerlifters who competed at Regionals on Saturday, March 8, 2025. Many team members placed, and three members qualified for the State Meet.
Landon Salinas took 1st Place, broke the Regional record in Bench Press, Squat, and Overall Total Weight; and is heading back to State.
Jose Gutierrez earned 1st Place and is heading to state.
Austin Solis won 5th Place and is heading to State by reaching the automatic qualifying weight of 1200 lbs.
AJ Garcia took 4th Place and Broke the Regional Bench Press record.
Gage Wendt won 6th place.
Aiden Adams and Armondo Charles also qualified & participated at the Regional Meet.
The Boys State Meet will be held next week on March 21 & 22 in Abilene.
