Dogan Class of 1958 graduate, Mr. Kennard Bowman, was chosen to receive a once in a lifetime trip to Super Bowl LIX (59), held at the Caesar Superdome in New Orleans this past Sunday.
Dallas Cowboys All Pro Player, Micah Parsons, together with Air Force Sergeants’ Association and USAA, sponsored this trip.
Bowman and his wife, lifetime fans of the Dallas Cowboys, were flown from Dallas to New Orleans and were treated to a meet and greet with Parsons and other NFL stars before the game.
The couple said they could not wait for the game, even if their favorite team wasn’t on the field.
“I’m just looking forward to meeting him,” explained Bowman. “He’s one of the outstanding players who has added so much to his team, especially to the defense. I’m just looking forward to hanging out with him.”
Bowman is a retired Senior Master Sergeant form the U.S. Airforce and Air Force Reserve, having served nearly three decades.
