Edward Thomas Acuna “Eddie” passed away peacefully at Baylor Scott & White Hospital on Saturday September 21, 2024, after a lengthy battle from complications of West Nile Virus. He was surrounded by his loving family during his final moments.
He was born in Fairfield, TX on April 4, 1971, to Gilbert & Lourdes Acuna. Eddie’s happiest moments were spending time with his wife and children and watching his beloved Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys on the weekends.
Eddie is survived by his loving wife Lisa, daughters Emily (Tanner), Lily (Luke), and son Manny. Stepdaughters Karsynn (Justice), Sydney (Gregory), and Taylor. His sister Isabel (Dwayne), brother James (Jessica). His parents Gilbert & Lourdes Acuna. And his niece and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28 at the Fairfield High School auditorium. More information to be posted on social media.
