The Wortham ISD Homegrown Harvest Arts Festival will feature internationally acclaimed Cuban/American Artist Rolando Diaz.
With collectors in the U.S. and abroad, Diaz has painted live with celebrities such as B.J. Thomas, Amy Grant, First Lady Bush, and others, raising funds for great causes.
P.B.S. did a documentary of his life, airing in the U.S., Canada, Russia, and Puerto Rico; winning two gold awards.
Diaz believes his gifts are from God, to be used for good.
He will paint live at the festival and auction the painting to benefit the WHS Art Department.
This event will be held in downtown Wortham on Thursday evening, November 21, 2024.
