Elizabeth Alice Maher, 52, of Fairfield, TX passed away on Thursday, December 14th.
Liz was born on June 21,1971 in Riverside, CA to Richard and Catherine Tibbs and raised in Las Vegas NV.
She attended Al Collins Graphic Arts Design in Tempe, AZ. She worked at the Apache Junction Unified School District for 10 years.
She started out racing BMX in her junior high years but as she got older her interests changed and she got into roller derby and joined the Bombshells. Most recently she was an avid player of M.U.D.
She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children and one of the things she enjoyed doing was her nails with her girls.
Liz was preceded in death by her father, Richard Tibbs and brother, Richard Tibbs, Jr.
She is survived by her mother, Catherine Tibbs of Fairfield; spouse, Thomas Maher of Austin; son, Ian Maher of Fairfield; daughter, Kai Senter of Fairfield; daughter, Mya Senter of Fairfield; sister, Debby Tibbs Dennis and husband Richard of Fairfield; nephew, Carlin Dyer and fiancé, Shandea Hardin of Fairfield; nephew, Tyler Tibbs of West Frankfort, IL; nephew, Ethan Dyer of Fairfield and great-nephew, Carlin Richard Lee Dyer of Fairfield.
