There is art everywhere in nature. We are going to take some nature (leaves) and turn them into art. Bring your imagination! We will have some samples to help with inspiration. Dress appropriately for the weather
Campfire and Carols

We will be singing carols around a cozy campfire in the park. While you’re there, roast a marshmallow or two for s’mores! Don’t worry, we won’t make you sing for your s’mores.
Nature Hike

With no Walmart, how did the settlers survive at Fort Boggy? Ranger Heather will point out the natural resources at the park that the settlers would have used in their day to day lives. Some of which are still used today. Dress appropriately for the weather.
Programs are free with paid park entrance or Texas State Park Pass. Entry is FREE for children 12 and younger; 13 and older is $3.00 per person.
