My Beagle doesn’t know how good he has it. He is stuck in the outside in the cold, windy, wind with something to eat. The little one could care less about anything that is going on; just as long as she gets something to eat, brush her hair and tell him to hurry!
Yesterday, I called and called for my horse “Sundance” who simply would not come. So, we decided to leave her on her own and we cleared a path, moved things, and went on with our business. Since The Colonel was busy, I got busy and hurried picking up so he wouldn’t notice it until after supper. He is waiting to watching a movie with his son. The son had to leave to get back home as quick as possible.
Can hardly wait for these Beagles to grow up. Can hardly wait until they can get in the car and do the right thing (which is go to sleep). These puppies are learning fast and catching on even faster. The Colonel came in with some semi-bad news. The big tree limb that fell and landed in another pocket on another tree which happens to be our fear that it will move and break the whole “giant” of a tree down with it. If it doesn’t rain or an ice shower might come we are pretty sure the downed big space that is being taken up by the large log for the large limb that came down will be able to hold it. Such is just one of the things we have to do at the Red Oak Ranch. Fun but a lot of work also!!!!
