David Henry Wright, 74, passed away peacefully at home on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 9, 2022.
David was born on November 5, 1948, in Huntsville, Texas to parents Jack Clement Wright and Elizabeth Mary Wright.
David was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, his brothers Danny and Jackie, niece Katherine and his wife Paula.
David is survived by hi brother Donnie and wife Jill, their children Kirstyn and Regan of Houston, Texas, Dee Wright, Donnie’s first wife, their children Allison and Amy of Houston, Texas, Sister-in-law Susan and her son Adam of California, son David and wife Billie, their children Violet, Abagail, Trey and Elizabeth of La Marque, Texas, Daughter Kristen and husband Jehad Jabarin, their children Khalil, Abiyya, Hammam, and Dantham of Spring, Texas, Son Jack of Fairfield, Texas, Daughter Shelby of Fairfield, Texas and various extended family and friends.
David was a United State Marine Corps Veteran who served in Vietnam from July of 1967 to July of 1968.
David was buried per his wishes on November 10, 2022 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Timpson, Texas next to his wife Paula.
A Memorial Service has been arranged to Honor and Remember David on Saturday, November 19, 2022, come and go from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at The Red Lake Clubhouse. The family would like to ask that in lieu of flowers if you would please donate to the burial fund.
Take US 84 east from Fairfield to FM 489. Turn right on FM 489, down CR 360 and turn right. Go down to the first right before the dam Dabridge and turn right. Clubhouse is down on the left.
