Even with the “Big Storm” that went on this past week it still brought some laughter from our home. The wind was blowing, thunder was loud, and the rain was coming down in sheets. I looked out the window and thought to myself, “that’s just like a man” only it was the bulls. These are Red Oak Ranch bulls and they should know better. But I decided to go ahead and tell you this story.

The rain was blowing in and I was glad not to be outside. So was Tasha, our beautiful Beagle. But out the window I saw the cows moving up toward the Personal Grove for some protection from the wind, rain, and whatever else comes along. However, the three mighty Red Oak Ranch bulls were running trying to get out of the rain. They were by passing the cows as if the cows were standing still. Stoneshire was leading the group of three, next was SOS and rounding out the group was Brownstone. He is the youngest but is putting on the pounds quickly. They all were winding in and out of the pathway and most of the cows gave ground to them.

Never, ever lack from entertainment, a laugh, some serious thoughts, or whatever. It is a fun place to be; Red Oak Ranch.
