The Disc Dog Texas State Championship-Fairfield will be held the last weekend in April in Fairfield, Texas. Competitors from all over the state and the country will compete in three disc dog leagues: UpDog on Friday, UFO world championship qualifier on Saturday, and Skyhoundz world championship qualifier on Sunday.
We encourage spectators to join the crowd at midday on Saturday for the Texas Shootout and the Freestyle Showcase. These two events will be entertaining and exciting. You’ll see world class disc dog routines by talented handlers and their trusted dogs. The Texas Shootout will be a game of skill and chance with sudden death knockouts. You won’t want to miss it!

We are delighted to work with the city of Fairfield to bring top quality disc dog talent to compete for these coveted prizes. We hope the citizens of Fairfield, Freestone County and surrounding areas will come out for the fun this weekend, especially midday Saturday for the Texas Shootout and Freestyle Showcase. Also on the Fairgrounds will be the GoTexan Barbecue cookoff. This should be a great weekend!
