Year 2021 set a snowfall record with 3 ½ inches on January 10 and 5 ½ inches on February 14 for a total of 9 inches for the year.
Rainfall/precipitation for the year came in slightly below normal at 43.96 inches. Our normal annual rainfall is 44.63 inches. We were below normal on rainfall eight month out of the year but a wet May of 12.92 inches helped put us near normal.
Temperature-wise, 2021 set a record low temperature of 7 degrees on February 16 however we had only 11 days with freezing or below temperatures. August was our hottest month with 27 days with temperatures in the 90’s. Our hottest day of the year was 99 degrees on September 1.
