Rotary guest speaker, Misty Richardson (middle), City of Fairfield Secretary, spoke at last week’s meeting about the many facets of being a City Secretary.
From making sure City Elections are conducted according to the rules of the state, to taking care of the Citizens needs on a daily basis.
Making sure the City Council Members are given necessary information not only for scheduled Council meetings but daily when the need arises.
Working with the City Administrator, being the HR department, payroll administrator plus other needs as they present themselves.
Misty reiterated that the Citizens come first in her daily activities.
