Dear Editor,

Our Second Annual Scrambling for Scholarships golf scramble will take place on April 10, 2021, at Tri-County Golf Club in Teague, Texas.  After such a successful event last year with your help, we would love to ensure you are invited again for the event. We are having a four-person golf scramble followed by a lunch and a 42 tournament, and we’re looking to raise money for our scholarship program. We will be giving scholarships to graduating seniors from 14 schools in Freestone, Leon, and Limestone counties. This is the third year in the program and the second year reaching 3 counties!
We can’t meet our goal without the help of people/companies like you/yours.

That’s why I’m writing to you. Would you consider donating $100 to help sponsor our event? By giving to Scrambling for Scholarships, you’ll help us lighten the financial burden of higher education for eleven graduating seniors from Fairfield, Teague, Wortham, Buffalo, Leon, Normangee, Centerville, Oakwood, Mexia, Groesbeck, and Coolidge High Schools.

In appreciation of your anticipated donation, we would like to offer you a sign on the golf course with your business name or logo and a dedicated social media post.

We hope that we can count on your help to make this year’s event one of our best yet! We would love to have you come golf with us! If you are not a golfer, please join us at 12:00 pm in the Club House for lunch and dominos!

If you would like to provide a door prize or silent auction item, we would greatly appreciate the donation! Please include your donation with the donation form included in this letter or come by our office at 129 South Mount St, Fairfield, Texas, to contribute.

Thank you in advance for your sponsorship! We hope to see you at Scrambling for Scholarships!
