The City of Fairfield will have a Free Dump Day on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Residents will need to pick up a free dump pass at City Hall, 425 W. Commerce St. for the Free Dump Day.

The regular dump rules still apply.
