At eight months old he realizes and is impressed with the hard work put in by the City of Fairfield, Creations Flowers & Gifts, and Cucklebur Trading.
In fact, he just had to get his Mommy, Linda Cain, and Gigi, Victoria Keng to stop and admire with him while taking photos of his fancy posing.
