1. There’s some that believe that City Hall is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. No, we are not. Misty Richardson and I are still here and are practicing social distancing, as we all should be doing right now. 2. Many residents have asked about dump passes. The weather is nice and some would like to take advantage. By order of the mayor, the city dump will be open free of charge to city residents. Residents need to bring their water bill as proof of residency. If you are having difficulty or do not have a water bill handy, call us at 903-389-2633.
