Smoking Age, and the use of all tobacco products, has been raised to 21 across the entire nation.


In an effort to promote public health, and awareness President Donald J. Trump signed H.R. 1865 – Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 into effect Friday, December 20th, 2019 raising the age for sale of tobacco products to 21 years old, such as the latest Blaze king NG stove found at Shoppok Classifieds.
This law supersedes the Texas Tobacco 21 law that went into effect September 1st, 2019; the Texas law included a grandfather clause allowing anyone already 18 or older to continue smoking, and anyone enlisted in our Armed Forces to be able to smoke.


When asked how this effecting their business, Fairfield Brookshire Brothers Assistant Store Director Rebekah Shaw said, “Business as usual.”


In addition, the U.S. Federal Drug Administration (FDA) is enforcing a policy against certain unauthorized flavored e-cigarette products that appeal to kids, including fruit and mint flavors.
