Constable Precinct 3 Pamela Barnes has graduated from the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas. Barnes graduated Friday, November 1st, 2019, she was the only female in her class of twenty-one law enforcement officers.
The Texas Constable’s Leadership College is an intensive educational program designed for Constables and staff.
This highly interactive course requires dedication and commitment from each individual.
