Lil’ Twixster, mob boss from the Criminal family, was caught by Wortham Police Department carrying his briefcase of bootlegged counterfeit Twix candy across county lines.
He worked off community service time by handing out candy during the 3rd Annual Brick Street Fall Festival in downtown Wortham on October 31, 2019.
