It is official – leopard print is absolutely still the height of fashion, and anything goes last week’s Fall Style Show attendees learned.
Best of all, this fundraising event raised over $8,000 in pure profit to benefit cancer patients by helping with the cost of transportation to and from treatments while everyone had a lovely time, and learned about this falls fashions.
It was an exciting time as the different business owners and their models showed off the latest fashions with fringe, lace, embroidery, and details galore.
Along with the fashion models, business owners, and volunteers the tables were full of people from all around the community out for a good time, and to help an amazing cause.
Intermixed with the ladies walking the runway were exciting door raffles with items from wall plaques to gift cards and much more.
The silent auction table was heavily visited with people bidding one against another with delighted smiles.
The vendors tables and racks strewn with peak fashion clothing, beautiful items, and much more were heavily visited, and it looked like a lot of items had moved from the vendors tables to bags going home with people.
This event, and a similar event hosted in the spring, is a fundraiser for the Freestone Cancer Support Group.
Their funding provides help for individuals to be able to afford transportation back and forth to their cancer treatments.
At the time of press, 281 people have been helped with around $232,000 in transportation funding.
