The Dogwood Chapter 991 of the Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) and Associates of the Vietnam Veterans of America (AVVA) will hold their regular October meeting on Tuesday, October 8 in the VVA/DAV Hall on Gardner Drive.
The meeting will start with fellowship at 6:00, and the meal served at 6:30. The business session will be at 7:00.
The theme for this month’s dinner will be Halloween Potluck.
The Hall is located at 927 Gardner Drive in Palestine, which is just behind the SH-155 North Gateway truck stop and Mattern Tire Company.
VVA/AVVA Chapter 991 serves Vietnam Veterans from Anderson and the six adjoining East Texas Counties. However, all Veterans are welcome. The VVA Founding Principal is “Never Again Will One Generation Of Veterans Abandon Another.”
