Contributions Sought For Annual Health Fair

The Annual Health Fair sponsored by Freestone Medical Center will be Saturday, October 19th, 2019.
The theme this year will be “We’re Wild about Healthcare”.
This exciting fun-filled theme held in conjunction with the Fairfield Fest will turn the Courthouse Square into a Jungle Playground from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Freestone Medical Center asks for any contributions.
Suggested donations are:
–Food
–T-shirts
–Prizes
–Giveaways
–Monetary Gift
Organizations who donate will be listed on the Health Fair flyer and the FMC website. Sponsorships of $250 or more will get your organization’s logo on Health Fair Staff T-shirts.
