Cornerstone Announces Winners of Annual Community BBQ Cook-off

Cornerstone Full Gospel Church of Fairfield had their annual BBQ and Communitywide lunch last Saturday, August 17th, 2019.

There were three meat categories, pinto beans categories, overall, and choice.

Chicken:
–First Place – Sweepa’s Sweets BBQ
–Second Place – Brotherhood BBQ
–Third Place – Little Smokies

Ribs:
–First Place – Chad Hagen
–Second Place – Brotherhood BBQ
–Third Place – Little Smokies

Brisket:
–First Place – Chad Hagen
–Second Place – Sweepa’s Sweets BBQ
–Third Place – Little Smokies

Pinto Beans:
–First Place – Christopher Shed
–Second Place – Kawona Thurman
–Third Place – Velma Potillo

Overall – Chad Hagen

Choice – Snack Shack

Smiling faces were all around as BBQ filled up the stomachs of many members of the community.
