Vaccinations are a necessary part of back to school for many kids every school year.
Mexia Health Department is hosting a clinic day Thursday, August 8th, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 939 Industrial Blvd, Ste. 200, Mexia, Texas. Call 254-562-3897 in advance to make an appointment.
Centerville will be offering the vaccination clinic on Monday, August 12th, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 529 W. Lassater, Centerville, Texas. Call 903-536-7155 in advance to make an appointment.
Children aged 18 years of age and younger who meet certain criteria are eligible for vaccinations.
Eligibility Requirements:
–Enrolled in Medicaid or Medicaid-eligible
–Is Uninsured
–is an American Indian or Alaska Native (in accordance with 25 USC 1603)
–A child with commercial (private) health insurance, but coverage does not include vaccines
–A child whose insurance covers only selected vaccines (TVCF-eligible for non-covered vaccines only)
