With heavy rain continuing this week, several roads are becoming flooded and impassable.

Freestone County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) has announce the following closures (posted 7:40 a.m. on 1-3-19):

CR 253 at culvert,

CR 240 at culvert,

CR 601 S. Or 610,

CR 1040 Techucana Creek,

Keechi Creek at FM 489,

CR 930,

CR 141,

CR 301 at Keechi Creek,

Teague Underpass, FM 1848,

South Bound Service Road at the 184 and the 194,

CR 441 in multiple areas,

CR 120,

CR 380,

CR 341,

CR 1080 in multiple places,

CR 161,

CR 864,

CR 121 south of FM 833,

CR 235,

FM 27 at FM 80,

FM 80 between Kirvin and Streetman

Please, be safe and find an alternate route to travel.

DO NOT TRY TO CROSS WATER FLOWING OVER ROADWAYS.
