Students, and their families, will be enjoying a much needed break during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
Here are the dates for early release and days off, for schools in Freestone County, Texas.
–Dew ISD
Students will be released early on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Christmas Break will run from December 20th – January 4th.
Teachers will return on Monday, January 7th for In-Service, and students will return to class the following day on January 8, 2019.

Students will be released early on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 12:00 noon. Christmas Break will run from December 21 – January 4th.
Teachers will have an In-Service Day on Monday, January 7th, and students will return to class on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.

–Teague ISD
Students will be released early on Wednesday, December 19th and Thursday, December 20th. The Elementary campus gets out at 12:40 p.m.; the Junior High and High School campus at 12:34 p.m.
Christmas Break will run from December 21st – January 4th.
Teachers will return for a Work Day on Monday, January 7th, and students will return to class on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.

Students will be released early beginning at 12:45 p.m. on both Thursday, December 20th and Friday, December 21st.
Christmas Break will run from December 24th – January 4th, with students returning to class on Monday, January 7, 2019.
