Plaid Saturday was conceived from the idea of weaving the individual threads of small businesses together to create a strong fabric that celebrates the diversity and creativity of independent businesses.
A relaxing and enjoyable alternative to the big box store “Black Friday” sales, Plaid Saturday is designed to promote both local and independently owned businesses during the holidays.
Fairfield has always been known for its support of local businesses.
Plaid Saturday strives to bring back the days when shopping for friends and family during the holidays was a pleasurable activity.
Help Fairfield celebrate by wearing plaid while shopping at participating businesses on Saturday, November 24th. Many businesses will be offering specials during Plaid Saturday.
And, for every purchase a customer makes, they will get an entry into Fairfield’s Holiday Give Away Bingo Game to win BIG prizes.
