Tim Lee, Executive Director of Texas Retired Teachers, will speak at the Tuesday, October 2, 2018 meeting of the Freestone County Retired Teachers Association.
Mr. Lee will begin speaking at 5:00 p.m. in the Fairfield High School Cafeteria.
Please make the commitment to attend and help fill the cafeteria for his program. Feel free to invite anyone.
Active teachers need to hear what’s going on with public education, retirement, and healthcare issues.
Mr. Lee can update us about the candidates in the November election that will be representing teachers or not in the 2019 Legislative Session.

Look for and enter the double glass doors at the top of the stairs at the southwest corner of the school. Go across the courtyard on the sidewalk down the covered corridor to the cafeteria. Someone will be there to greet you and also give directions to a handicap assessable entrance should it be needed.
